She takes a practical approach to coaching, thoroughly exploring the root cause before moving forward. She integrates proven methods of problem solving into her discussions with clients and supports strength based leadership.
She has her Masters in Human Resources, is a certified member of the BC&Y Chapter of Human Resource Professionals and is a Certified Leadership Coach. She has 20+ years experience with people practices and coaches leaders to design solutions that align business, people, strategy, and values. Her experience with strategic human resources enhances her ability to coach leaders forward.
